Shipping Information

All shipments include door-to-door tracking. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking information when your order is dispatched from our workshop.

Typically, Standard Shipments leave our US facility once per week, every Wednesday. Express Shipments ship same day when possible, or next business day.

USA Shipments: Standard Shipments are sent via USPS Ground Advantage. Please allow 2 to 8 business days for delivery. Express Shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery via USPS Priority Mail, and 2 to 3 business days for delivery via UPS 2nd Day Air.

International Shipments: International orders ship via USPS or Pirate Ship Simple Export. For most countries, shipments typically take about 1 to 3 weeks to arrive. Fire & Bone, LLC is not responsible for any import taxes that may occur. We are unfortunately unable to provide estimates for import taxes.
